Logs are not Evidence. A vendor telemetry brand is not Evidence. Evidence is the product surface for what ran, what changed, and who approved — on the computer you already own, or on the Supercomputer you get for the room.
Web lookup is labeled and stored as Evidence. It does not land in Memory unless you say remember. Vault extraction never prints secret values. If a hop cannot be proven local, TARX says so. That honesty is the audit.
Healthcare, government, and enterprise all ask the same question with different words. The answer is the same contract. Evaluation only where we have not claimed an ATO. No clinical claim. No MIL-SPEC until the program writes it.
