TARX_OS starts on your computer. You may join the Supercomputer — the living mesh of opt-in devices running TARX_OS — or own TARX hardware. By using TARX, you agree to use it for your own purposes and not to abuse the system.

You sign in with an email magic link. The email address you provide is the canonical identity for your account.

Do not share your magic links. They are single use, but they are yours.

You can request export or deletion of account data by contacting TARX.

Run TARX on your own hardware when invited into the preview.

Use TARX workflows, skills, Spaces, memory, and connected devices where available.

Use evaluated TARX Supercomputers only within the agreed deployment boundary.

Resell access to TARX without explicit permission.

Use TARX to harm others, generate illegal content, harass people, or attack systems you do not own.

Reverse engineer the runtime or attempt to extract model weights, training data, or proprietary memory.

Abuse shared compute, scrape systems, or saturate shared capacity.

The TARX Supercomputer is the living mesh of all opt-in devices running TARX_OS. Owning TARX hardware (T-1, T-4, T-7, T-70) puts a physical node in that mesh. Dedicated hardware deployments are evaluated around workload, site, and operating boundary.

Pricing, availability, final configuration, performance, support, and required certifications are established in a separate written agreement.

By opting in to TARX SMS, you confirm that you are the authorized subscriber of the phone number you provide or have explicit permission from the subscriber.

Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. TARX does not charge for SMS. Your carrier might.

Message frequency varies based on active skills and account activity. TARX may send one time codes, skill notifications, and proactive updates you asked for.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from non-critical SMS. One time sign-in codes may still be delivered unless you remove your phone number from your account.

TARX does not sell, rent, or transfer your phone number for third-party marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARXAN INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TARX.

If these terms materially change, TARX will notify users through the email associated with their account where required.
