TARX is software you run on your own hardware. By downloading and using TARX, you agree to these terms.

1. Local Operation

TARX operates locally on your device. Your conversations, data, and inference results are processed on your machine and are not transmitted to Tarxan, Inc. servers unless you explicitly enable cloud features.

2. No Warranty

TARX is provided as-is. Tarxan, Inc. makes no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
