PRIVACY POLICY.

This draft explains how TARX handles website requests, analytics, local-first data, and privacy contacts.

01

What we collect

When you request Mac access, join the Windows waitlist, or contact TARX, we collect the email address and message details you choose to provide.

We also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page views, referral sources, and product interest. Analytics may include route, campaign parameters, device class, and event names.

02

How we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, manage early access, understand campaign performance, improve the website, and protect the service from abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

03

Local-first data handling

TARX is designed around local-first execution. TARX processes inference on-device where available. Conversations and user data are not transmitted to Tarxan Inc. servers unless cloud features are explicitly enabled or you choose to share them.

Cloud or Supercomputer features may require sending selected request metadata or work payloads to approved TARX infrastructure. Those features should be clearly scoped before use.

04

Third parties

TARX uses Vercel Analytics and related hosting tools for site operation and event measurement.

TARX may use Twilio for SMS, and an email or webhook provider for access requests and waitlist capture.

These providers process information only for the purposes TARX configures.

05

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@howdytarx.com.

Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
