HOW TARX WORKS
How TARX works as an education surface
Most AI education is a demo of someone else’s cloud. A model answers. The student never sees policy, memory, secrets, or a write waiting on Deny or Allow. They leave knowing how to prompt a rented seat.
TARX_OS is the opposite lesson. First-run stays local. Conversation is the interface. The runtime is the product. A session can park for approval and resume. Evidence records what ran. Vault holds credentials so they never mix into ordinary memory. That is what we mean by education: the loop is visible.
Advocacy is the public half of the same work. Dispatches, Answers, and named-account analysis from public filings — not a farm of thin company URLs. We teach the category: seats versus silicon you own. Then we invite the team to Join, or get their own.
