Computer vs Supercomputer

Understand the two user-facing routes and when work should move beyond the Computer.

Available nowcriticalUpdated 2026-05-13

TARX has two user-facing routes. Computer is where work starts. Supercomputer is optional hosted power for work that needs more compute and has permission to leave the local route.

Computer

Computer means the user-side route: local app, local context, files, tools, memory approvals, and private workflows on the machine where the work lives.

Supercomputer

Supercomputer means hosted TARX power. It should be visible, permissioned, key-controlled for developers, and measured in Joules.

Route rule

Start local. Route heavier work only when the user, key, or policy allows it. Do not imply all work is local if a hosted route is used.
