The old model was wrong.
The world was told that AI had to live somewhere else. In someone else's cloud. Behind someone else's subscription. Inside someone else's interface. Metered by someone else's tokens.
TARX was built against that assumption.
The computer was still there.
Your machine already had files. Context. History. Local compute. Private work. The missing piece was the AI layer that could use it without taking it away from you.
Then the stack got real.

TARX became the proof that the private AI layer could start small, run locally, and scale outward.
